Xilinx offer expectations..
Current: YoE: 15 TC: 500k+ Interviews with Xilinx (Hardware) going on. Expecting offer level to be: Sr Mgr / Director (if remaining rounds go well) Can someone please help give an idea of what to expect at these levels? So I finally made it to the negotiation discussion. After that it took a while for the recruiter to get back with an update. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the leveling that was thought possible and so I wasn’t even made an offer (they knew it would be a low ball) however, I do want to add that the entire interview experience and the recruiter was just amazing.. so I have no hard feelings.. Sad that it didn’t materialize though :(

If it’s senior manager level expect 320k and 360k for director level ( assuming they really want you). I dint know Broadcom pays that well.. that’s like a faang salary

Why are you moving for lower salary
