Xilinx pay
Any clue about Xilinx pay for a senior RTL engineer with experience of 4 years?
I have not talked about it yet
What should a 4.5 years of experience should get ??
Base around 140..rsu close to 60k and some sign on...would be my guess

I think that's about right! They start at about 130k base and will go upto 140k! Rsu is 750 units over 4 yrs( I think that's pretty standard at Xilinx). Signon is between 10-20k. Fyi, this is for bay area with 3.5yrs of experience.

They were interested to hire for an asic role at Xilinx a month ago. They offered 140k, 40k sign on and relo. Did not negotiate further as I felt it was less. A friend of mine went to apple with 2 year experience, he is getting 145k base.
I have 4 yoe.
