NVIDIA team reviews?
I have got an offer from NVIDIA for IC3 level, in their Speech AI inference team (SW team) - working on a product called RIVA. It appears to be an AI platform team. Any idea about this team in terms of how big is the team, nature of the work, work culture, work pace and work life balance? Compensation is not my top priority as I don’t want to join a team with bad people, poor work and unreasonable work pressure ( like 70-80 hour week ) due to my past extremely unpleasant experience at Adobe. (Left Adobe 2 months ago) I am in an interview loop with other companies as well like Microsoft, Google and Goldman Sachs. So I want to accept the offer, only if I find no obvious red flags. Offered TC - 50 LPA Last drawn TC from Adobe - 27 LPA YOE - 2.8
What’s the TC breakdown? Also, hw or sw ?
SW team 32.5 + 15 (Base + RSUs) 2.5 + 2.5 (sign on)
Join with precaution it can be same like Amazon
I'm curious to know about the Riva team as well. Somebody reached out about a contract opportunity for the Riva team as a language specialist and that I'd be a great fit.
