Is it difficult to get a job at those companies? Looking for a second job and wanted to know how’s the interviewing process. Tc: $141k
Cognizant
Avoid TCS!!
I assume when you say Tata you mean TCS. With that being said, both are shitty companies, running sweat shops in india. They pay 🥜. I don’t know about the work load. My friend used to work in TCS, no career growth, no monetary growth, crazy politics, no brand value when switching jobs. I would suggest caution given especially you’re at JPMC.
We’re allowed to have multiple jobs as long as it’s not for one of the clients, in which case I’d have to submit request for approval. I don’t really care about culture and I don’t expect high comp, I just need extra income And yes. I do mean TCS
Cognizant makes you sign a non-compete and an NDA
How the heck you gonna two full time jobs?
If there’s a will, there’s a way. Cognizant and TCS offer fully remote jobs, while Chase is hybrid and very laid back wlb
TCS has remote, hybrid & fully work from office jobs. It all depends on the client you are going to work. So you can tell them you are open for remote only. If you can find and clear the client interview of the remote position you get hired. But with the layoffs it is getting harder now.
Thank you for your answer. I applied to several jobs and now all I can hope for is that someone gets back to me
On a different level, I mean at Senior Director level what is it like and any idea about RSUs
