Yahoo Equity question
Hello Blind community! Does anyone know which levels at Yahoo get offered equity? A Yahoo recruiter reached out to me. She mentions base pay and a typical 15% annual incentive but didn't mention equity. This is for a non-tech fully remote role. Thanks TC 170K

I would say yes, it would be career suicide, unless you are applying for CEO and get a millions of dollars parting package guaranteed if the ship goes down. Other opinions might provide more insight, though.

Yahoo isn’t a publicly traded company so no.
They probably know Yahoo is not going to make a comeback, so why offer stock that has no upside vs a fixed bonus. TC and YOE or GTFO
