Hi, I want to get a picture of how are hikes in tech companies out there. I joined VMware as a New Grad and in my first year I got 5% hike twice and in my second year, 7.5%. What is your company and how much hike or RSUs do you receive annually?
2.3% at Intel. Pretty sucky.

5+ percents every year, its good. what’s your starting base salary ?
110k
Wow 110 base to about 130+ in 2 years? You’re killing it keep up the good work
Most companies do tons of market research and want to stay competitive. So salary increases should reflect the overall market and will therefore vary from year to year. A couple of percent over inflation is usually a good rule of thumb.
Nothing here!
