Yext seems like a really cool company with a lot of young engineers and a really fun work culture. Some of their upcoming projects are extremely exciting as well. Can anyone speak to how it is working there? Is the work interesting and how challenging is it? Are there good opportunities to move up, and how does the pay compare with other big tech companies? If anyone can speak to their experience there, that would be very helpful.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
I haven’t heard great things about their engineering team. If FANG is considered A shops, Yext is likely consider C or -B at best. You should have decent opportunities at other great companies with awesome projects after working at Bloomberg.
So I shall ask the same question to you - how do you like working at Mongo?
