YouTube "purged" Asian & White male resumes

Why in the world do they interview non-diversity candidates for these roles when they know in advance that they won't hire them no matter what. Aren't they wasting people's time, giving the false hope to say the least? This is scam

The worst part is that I have been contacted by a Google recruiter and we are arranging for an interview to be scheduled. I don't know if I am being really considered or being scammed. It will take me 8 weeks to brush up my interview skills which is a huge investment.
This is not acceptable if it is true. They shouldn’t do it. But it’s Funny how nobody accepts, whites, Asian males have been hired all along. If you were discriminated why are you at your current company?
