Hello! Anybody knows what a good comp is for L5 Youtube in Bay area? I got approved as Partner Engineer. YOE: 9 yrs I read some posts where a L5 SWE got 400K in RSU for 4 years. My first conversation with HR… she said typically they pay 150K Rsu (4 yrs) + 160K base. What do you feel?
