Zero motivation for work

Hello all, It's been three months and I am not enjoying my job. It's the same toxic work culture, redundant work and zero perks to get me motivated for work. I am even not learning anything from projects. It's hard to study along with my current job. Is it okay if I resign and start preparing for interview? Does gap between jobs a problem I have 2 years of experience.
