Zillow culture and comp?
Anyone work at/has worked at Zillow? What can you say about culture and comp? I know it was recently rated "top place to work for parents", but I've also heard they are generally not cool with WFH flexibility, so not sure what that means. Also how do they generally stack up vs Amazon (currently considering both companies)? Comp and otherwise?
