Had kinda of a bad experience with my phone screen. Interviewer called 10 minutes late, didnt introduce himself, had a sense of urgency in his voice, etc. I felt rushed through the whole thing. It completely threw me off my game. Anyway. My point is, I find Zillow interesting and I wanna try again. How soon can I re-try? Thanks!
Yeah, just apply for a different position, Zillow has several locations, it’s a fast growing company, plenty of places for smart people to find a role. Just make sure you feel like you fit well with the culture. That’s a deal maker/breaker. Culture is strong at Zillow, which I personally love about it.
what qualities do you need to fit well with the culture?
What role are you going for. If for an SDE, let me know.
Can I please dm you for a referral?

Zillow folks are pretty nice . Look at their Glassdoor reviews . Wait for the rejection and then let the HR know. What role are you interviewing for ? BTW - I bombed my trulia interview but I am still being called for the on-site. Have you looked at Trulia too? I am going for on-site next week.
I got the rejection already. But I was going through an Agency so I dont know if I can do anything on that end
Sorry to hear that . Agency just sent your details to the FTE employees. Cut the middleman and send a note directly to the email address mentioned in the Glassdoor review . There is nothing to lose for you. It just shows you are interested . What role was it for ?
