Paytm vs Freshworks
Hi folks, I have 2 offers in hand, one from Paytm and the other from Freshworks. I am also expecting an offer from Tekion. Paytm - 25 LPA + 3 JB Freshworks - 25LPA + 3 JB YOE - 3.5 Can you help me choose? #paytm #freshworks #tech #tekion

Tekion can pay upto 38 base for se role and 45 for SSE rolw
I think tekion will offer more than 25 base. But wlb is very bad at tekion
They have offered me 30 LPA but I am thinking about WLB at tekion.
OP , try negotiating with Paytm and then with fw(considering fw is your preference) . Fw didn't give stocks ?

Freshworks anyday.... 25lpa is good for IC2 here.
Choose freshworks. TBH, it's not even a valid comparison. Paytm doesn't have good work culture and a very badly performing stock.
