Are there any men in here that have a wife that he thinks has PMDd and NPD. Just asking for my tips other than divorce to manage self against these verbal attacks and mood swings. I have to drink just to numb myself sometimes and not a smoker but seriously think about smoking weed just to cope
I’m actually thinking of filing for divorce as well to see if it will wake her up. But she seems so adamant that she might actually go ahead with it
First of all, she would need a doctor and meds to regulate her hormonal upheaval. Then comes therapy to learn techniques to manage her anxiety, anger and mood swings. You should also go to therapy with her to learn why she does what she does. Try seed cycling to regulate hormones over the month. OP, don’t go into a spiral of drinking/ smoking just to numb down the problem. You both need medical help to get through this!

A lot of people here serve money and not God
I suspected mine had npd and tried all kinds of things like couples therapy with different therapists, books etc. It got to a point where I couldn't take it anymore so I filed for divorce, after that my wife realized how serious I was that I was suffering in the marriage and begged me to give her another chance. Prior to that she would blame me for whatever issues I brought up during therapy and steer the discussion to me and my issues and acted like she had nothing to work on. She really did try to improve herself and I do see enough that I called off the divorce and are making things work, although it's a struggle at times like all marriages.
Sleskd What eventually woke you up to being the fault of the issues? Why not during the relationship?
