Heard some mixed things, but a lot of bad. UKG has been bad since merger but could that be just disgruntled Ultimate Software employees wishing for the past to return? The offer is more than I make now with similar type of work and they pay full health premiums.
Well definitely UKG is just another average company whose product is software. It is not at all a tech company
The benefits are good, better than I've had elsewhere and that's why I'm still here. As a Legacy Ulti employee, the company has really gone downhill but still not the worst place I've ever worked.
I guess it really depends on the team you are working with. I have a good feeling about the team I had been interviewing with, so I think I would move forward the offer.
I would join. I joined recently and have been impressed. There is a ton to do. Which is an opportunity if you are willing to jump in to help. Overall this is a good company. Not perfect but a place where you’ll find good people. (And yes there are some legacy employees who struggle with the new company. The issue is less with UKG than with holding on to the past.)
Yes, I would run. It's not a good place anymore
Yes
Product support sucks. BUT, you work with people who are also suffering lol so I guess the emotional support is there which is nice
