Big remote culture

Depends on the org- cft, product, marketing etc. culture is tough with a product that hasn’t shipped in years. Comp is decent

Horrible culture. Average tenure is 1 year 7 months. Everyone burns out with always on remote environment. Theres an evil human running the People team and a CEO is micromanages yet needs to get the hell out of the way. Do not recommend. Their key value proposition was previously remote work, but now many companies are offering it.
