amazon BIE onsite interview invitation

i just got an invite for onsite BIE role Seattle. They are asking me to fill the TC i am looking for. what is a good and reasonable number. i donot want to hit on a wrong number. YoE - 3(in india), 1.6 in US, with a master degree curretly - contracting at google(60$ per hr), mountainview Thanks in advance
