Caes Gruesbeck, just 20 years-old, died on the job at Amazon distribution center in Fort Wayne, Indiana after he got trapped by the machinery. He died of blunt force injuries. Amazon was fined only $7,000.
The article says he was driving some equipment he was trained to operate and ran himself into some unmarked overhead hazard which killed him. Horrible.
I commute to work. If I get hurt that’s on me, not Amazon. Personal responsibility is always someone else’s responsibility with Biden and the democrats.
Is there anything that proves the accident was caused because of bad working conditions/negligence from the company?
Well the fine certainly suggests something wasn’t how it was supposed to be.
