https://finance.yahoo.com/news/morgan-stanley-cuts-teslas-price-target-warns-this-could-be-the-year-tesla-loses-money-204805161.html Morgan Stanley’s Adam Jonas is the latest analyst to raise some concerns with Tesla. Jonas warned, “could Tesla lose money (sometime) this year?”
Greedy when people are scared
Their market cap is still $550b which is an order of magnitude higher than all other automakers except Toyota. It seems difficult to justify that considering competitors are catching up in areas that used to be teslas key differentiators (electric + tech + charging network) and will continue to do so. Going to be hard to pick Tesla when a “legacy automaker” has 90% parity with those three aspects + better build quality, repairability, service availability, etc.
One of the best asymmetric bets right now. Bit of downside potential but high reward potential as well. Alongside BTC
TSLA max is $30. It is still a bigger bubble than NVDA.
I think EV is the future but it's harder to know which companies will be the winners so I have invested in a few
I don’t see that many people from Tesla posting here so I’ll give my two-cents. I think you have to accept the Tesla is a volatile stock. It’s definitely had its bull run in the past, but the future product roadmap is strong. FSD, cheaper car, Robo taxi, Robot thing, supercomputer chips or cards, etc. We really only need one or two of those to be successful in order for the stock to get juiced up again. Obviously not all of them will be massive successes but if you’re looking for a more speculative option with huge potential upside, I would add Tesla to your portfolio.
Not yet. It's just starting. Wait until everyone and their mother are certain that it's going to go bankrupt. That's the time to jump in with some calls.
This… ^^^ I am bullish on Rivian!
