It’s hard probably but I try to focus on the positives of what I currently have and how I’m lucky. And when I go through life I remember the positives and try to ignore the negatives. A lot of negatives/stress you can’t change so why worry about it. Also I have a dog and it’s easier to get out of bed when you know you have to take them out.
