aws tpm phone interview
Got a second phone interview for a tpm job. Feedback was that the interviewer wants a second opinion because didnt get enought data. during the interview he mentioned that i obviously knew the leadership principles and i had solid, concrete examples from my experience. also wants more information on techical skills. Any feedback on how else to provide enough “data” so interviewer can pass me through. thanks.
You always do 2 phone screens then an onsite.

Well maybe not always but in my Amazon org everyone has 2 phone screens before they are invited onsite
