Got a second phone interview for a tpm job. Feedback was that the interviewer wants a second opinion because didnt get enought data. during the interview he mentioned that i obviously knew the leadership principles and i had solid, concrete examples from my experience. also wants more information on techical skills. Any feedback on how else to provide enough “data” so interviewer can pass me through. thanks.
