Ive been working at this company for about 2.5 years. I accepted an offer and already transferred my H1B. I gave my two week notice this Monday. The CTO and CEO keep trying to make me stay. They keep throwing 1:1s on my calendar everyday. They are trying to convince me to stop. I already told them I made my mind and that I want to leave. They keep saying they will fix everything that I come up. I told them I already made my mind. How can I make them accept my resignation? I dont want to be rude or burn a bridge. What would you do in my shoes? It is a series B company, about 20-30 engineers right now
What else do you need to do? Just finish those two weeks and leave
What company and how much TC, what's the current company size etc. You have to post all these to get a meaningful advice

Are you talking about current company or the one you plan to join

Lol!
Decline their 1:1s. Tell them to stop harassing you and that you've made your decision.
5,000,000$ in cash
You can keep going to those meetings, it just means you're being less productive during that time. They'll accept it when you don't show up for work in two weeks.
Thank them (genuinely, I hope) for the opportunities they've given you. Document what you know in as much detail as you can. Politely decline to discuss if you're asked about gripes with the company, and tell them you have an opportunity which is too good to pass up (you don't need to go into details if you don't want to). There's no reason to leave on a sour note, but don't let anyone make you feel bad about your resignation.
And let them know you loved your time and if things dont work out, you might come back if an opps still there. That's why you're putting them in the best place to be successful without you. And if you're open to it and have this level already, offer "call a friend" for anything urgent as long as it's not a conflict with the new company.

Tell them the new job is the right move for you at this point in your career. You may be open to coming back sometime in the future.
Wow haven’t heard of Allscripts in awhile. My first job used to use you guys to store scanned patient documents.
