Seems ideal time to take it. They will be bigger player with all the agencies closing —> TripAdvisor/trivago/Expedia hurting much more. Your stocks will be good 1-3 years out

You probably got it before March 25th, anything afterwards is cancelled.
Yoj won't be facing layoffs otherwise they would have rescinded your offer. Also it's the Netherlands not the US wild job market you will have much more protection.
