It looks like good pay until you realize there is absolutely nothing backing their quoted valuation. You should value the RSUs offered at 10% of the valuation they state. You should also know this type of deceit is purposeful and is embedded in the daily culture there.
10% is too exaggerated but I would say the evaluation is definitely juiced, I would give it a 30-60%
I was offered $1,000,000 in RSU from stubhub. I dug into the lawyer making me sign it, and the strike price was around 620. Stubhub was valuing itself more than apple, Tesla, etc. That's insane.

I used to work at eBay/paypal/stubhub. Mostly on PayPal side. The pay is verrrrry low compared to other big tech companies. I would say don’t bother just for that
StubHub is handing out some major offers lately (not public though) had a recruiter reach out
