Great schools, decent Kirkland location. Sets a new price floor for mid sized SFH. Price in late September (already far from peak) was 1.7M! Looks like builders are already accepting the lower housing prices. Who the fk would buy a 50 yr old house in Kirkland for more than a mil now?
