I was contacted for the DS role. Couldn't find much information. Any help is really appreciated.
I am in headquarters but can tell you that the product management leadership is very manic and engineer driven. The lead person does a lot of late night calls; 10p California time and everything on those calls is urgent urgent urgent. The moral is extremely low across the org because the PMs are routinely shot down when they try to ideate. There are other engineers in Odessa so there is a lot of cross cultural communication that happens over chat. You need to be a really strong communicator via words.
