read california salary disclosure laws, came effective in 2018 they stop recruiters and HR of companies from inquiring from future employees about their past salaries, stocks, bonuses. still we see in practice recruiters doing this today. anyone pls share what they feel appropriate response was or should be on such requests when they got curious recruiters on the other side
