I'm asking a favor as a customer. I'm on an infinite loop with customer service for more than 3 months. Customer service tried to help but I have to explain the same thing many times and nothing happens. 1. Tried to (re) onboard as a seller. 2. eBay asks to verify cellphone. I double check cellphone and click "text me" or "call me" 3. I get error message saying "something went wrong" 4. I try to troubleshoot in the website, nothing conclusive. I call customer service for help, they ask me to do a couple of things (verify phone number verbally, check if I have a linked bank account). They think the core of the issue is because I don't have a bank account linked to get paid. They try to walk me through and add a bank account, but there is no link to add bank account (even going to the sitemap). After that they say they have "a ticket open". 5. I never hear back, 6. I try to list my item again, doesn't work 7. I contact eBay the next day and have to explain the same thing again I've been through steps 1-7 like 4/5 times over 3 months. Can someone help? Sorry I don't know anybody at eBay personally Note: I'm a member since 2009 with multiple sales from 2015 to 2018, 100% feedback TC $280 @ebay
