Interview for L6 and they'll downlevel you to L5, you can get 320-350 in hcol but you'll have to be really good

If you are in any org other than AEP org of Adobe (with toxic culture, terrible WLB, PIPs, silent layoffs), going to Amazon does not make sense. If you are in AEP org, it is ok to move if the TC is higher in Amazon as the work culture would be similar.
