ic3 167k base, but I'm pre acquisition so my equity comp is meaningless to people starting now.
TC?
I made over 2mil this year.
This helps, thanks! Just to be clear, a new hire gets stock equivalents instead of RSUs? Or will they get both?
I think it's still called RSU and PSU but that you get equivalents instead of stock at award time
You won't get either bc you won't get hired
Interesting! Now I can relate why one of my coworkers chose Cruise instead of G or FB!
I mean also Google and Facebook are boring places where you're a cog in the machine at this point, while at Cruise you can make a pretty big difference still, so there's that. on the other hand, Google and Facebook have their shit together at this point and there are a lot of areas where we don't. that is of course just there way things go when you're experiencing hyper growth, but I can't say that it's been painless.
Now is the opportunity to build and own that stability and sophistication that the big guys already have.
IC2, $132k base, $115k RSUs, $115k PSUs. I'm a new hire too so feel free to ask me whatever
Is there bonus? Is that per year or over 4 years?
PSUs are similar to bonuses in that everyone gets a percentage of that money when the company meets a goal. PSUs and RSUs are over 4 years.
$65k base at 15mph, ic4
:( wut
R u a recruiter at cruise?
$9.35/hr starting. Strong benefits. Canโt put a price on doing what you love.
(Ic4)
Wut :(
^^^ either joking or non-eng
Definitely joking. Non-eng FTEs do quite well at Cruise
450mi @ 65mph
Is that the speed at which uber is going down?
450 million every 65 days actually isnโt far off from their burn rate.
