Correction in baby bonding leave, it’s up to 12 weeks of baby bonding, 4 of those are unpaid.

Thanks!! Is it in total 14-20 weeks paid leave? What circumstances would qualify for the doctor sign off for the 12weeks medical leave? Is it all fully paid?

Up to 12 weeks paid medical leave (6 weeks for vaginal birth, 8 weeks c-section, 12 weeks if your doctor signs off on it), and 8 weeks child bonding leave (4 paid, 4 unpaid) which can be used directly following medical leave or spread out over the first year after birth.
