SWE at Dremio
I just got a verbal offer for Dremio. Does anyone have insight into this company and what it is like to work there? Is it fully remote or hybrid? Will the company IPO soon? Is the WLB ok?
Which location and why is the tc missing? its hybrid but mostly depends on your team/skip. ipo is expected in 2024/2025 according to hr, fwiw.
Why did Aneet leave?
We don’t have that many offices so it’s remote. So far no plans for asking people to come to the office. WLB? It’s a startup. Plenty of work to go around.
TC offered? Was it RSU or options?
What’s the general offer range and level? Couldn’t find much data. Looks like a cool product and considering interviewing there myself
