#dilemma Please help in decide what would you choose?

I am currently working with an MNC in Gurgaon and working from home. I am just left with 10 days of notice and cannot decide my next move. I was looking at wfh options but didn't get any suitable have to take a cit on salary. I have a kid and husband's job is also in Gurgaon l. He is mostly on non tech side and I'd I decide to go with Pune he might struggle with getting a new job. Bank 1 is decent Bank2 newds me to work on legacy code and i wil have 13-14 people reporting to me. Bank 3 is still settling in India and the sentiment is it would be chill. But i don't like gurgaon due to pollution and city pressure. And still considered any remote opportunity as with package the school cost rent and general cost is also increasing. How would you evaluate a good offer. How much money should increase every month in take home to say that this is a good offer. am switching after 8 years. Please help me decide what would you do if you were in my position
