what is usually discussed during feedback call with Facebook HR after onsite interviews. Do they share feedback of interviews anf talk about offer details? Can they ask questions around expected salary and probable joined date? How things move after this call (assuming it to be a hire call)? tc 0
They aren’t going to tell you anything of any substance. They can’t, due to company rules and also because they might slip up and say something off-color and you sue them for discrimination (never going to happen but that’s the American legal system). They also know nothing about tech so will only be able to stretch to something like “yeah your algorithms weren’t good enough”. If you’re in an early stage it’s to congratulate you and organize the next stage. If you’re in a late stage it’s either a yes or no. If you didn’t pass the phone screen you’d probably just get an email.
I thought FB is one of the few that actually provide decent feedback even if you’re rejected after onsite.
Did you got the offer?

Is this the feedback call after telephonic or after on-site?
