does spotify do design embeds abroad for employees based in the US?

what the title says - is this a thing anyone has seen? I've seen embed opps for eng but rarely for design. wondering if doing an embed for a quarter overseas (in stockholm for ex) or if they'd give pref to ppl who are local.
