wondering if anyone could provide some insights on what to expect from the First American final round?
interviewing for the Senior Software Engineer role
thanks in advance
thanks for your response. i did have a one hour round where they gave me behavioral and 4 programming questions.
from what the recruiter mentioned, it sounds like there’s 2 behavioral and 2 technical sections. perhaps there’s another round after this which is what you’re referring to?
does the 4 section power day sound familiar to you?
There are multiple "IT" groups (SPD, BTS, Datatree, InfoSec, etc.). Each group (or company - there are around 9 companies on campus) has its own dev teams, admins, and engineers, and they each operate independently and differently.
Final round: meet with a a senior manager or director who is only checking your personality. Pretty much, you're hired.
