Generally raising complaints to HR means suicide. They'll work hard and collect fake evidences to fire you.
Well, it’s also about how you presented your case too. If you were emotional/angry during representing your case, you would see such reaction if you consistently refuse to listen. That’s not HR reaction it’s more of a human thingy.

You need to send them a writeup showing you have documented evidence of discrimination, they will for sure take you seriously then.
