eBay Technical Product Manager offer eval

{Asking for a friend} Got a new grad offer from eBay and just wanted to see where i’d have room to negotiate. Current TC = 0. Offer is as follows: Base: $112k RSU: $35k over 4 years Target Bonus : 10% Location: San Jose Currently a senior student in undergrad but wanted to see I have any room to negotiate? I’ve checked on levels.fyi but i see one person with 0yoe getting 160k TC and seeing if i can close the gap. Thanks #pm #product #productmanager
