I have an offer from both Seismic and AppDirect for Cloud Security Engineer AppDirect - TC 105K, 3000 Stock options Seismic - TC 95K, 500 Stock options I am leaning towards Seismic because there is much more growth and based on the reviews I’ve seen for both the companies. #Seismic #AppDirect #cloud

Seismic is generally a good place to work but there are a few things to note. There's a pretty solid amount of tech debt. That said, everyone agrees that prioritizing cleaning it up is important. Generally seismic is more in "stability and scale" mode than "cool new features" mode. Not a good or bad thing depending on your needs; it's just where the org is at in company lifecycle and timeline. Cloud team is trying to double in size right now which is definitely needed for scaling.
Im sure you made your decision long time ago. But as a tenure ADer, I have to say AppDirect is toxic as hell now. Look for new opportunity the first day if you join
How so? Ex-ADer here, and I’m shocked that they can retain any employees at all. Maybe in this terrible job market it’s easier.
