IMO this is the highest it can go at Expedia. Expedia doesn't pay that high in fact CEO told our base is better than Amazon because we don't have an upper cap unlike Amazon capping at 160k
The offer looks good, I don’t think you might be able to negotiate more.
Just fyi bonus at that level should be 17.5% (target across company, not really negotiable), not sure why I keep seeing 17% from people unless they are not being precise. I'm not in a tech role, but my sense is those are not low ball.....I dont think we pay the types of sign on and RSUs you might see at FANG companies....
