I see Rippling pays well compare to Workday. How are they different in terms of product compare to ADP or Workday?
I’ve literally never heard of rippling before today
That’s music to our ears
Rippling has way more broad product line like IT, employee review
Congrats
Rippling tc is useless comp is mostly paper money for a company that in my opinion (puts on investor hat) will be more likely be bankrupt than ipo lol Why do you think they’re working their engineers like dogs?
Lol
b2b saas environment is absolutely brutal and expensive. Ripple leadership is abysmal from what I’m seeing and I don’t have confidence they can achieve anything worthwhile just my 2 cents but we shall see Workday built their business by deep industry connections from the founders ruthlessly dismantling peoplesoft bit by bit in an evolving market.
Rippling is full service. It’s like asking what’s the difference between hiring an escort vs going to a Chinese massage. One is full service, the other just does one particular thing.
This one post says so much about Rippling’s culture…
It does. Customer satisfaction is their goal.
ADP can target small, medium and large business. Workday mid to large. Rippling small to mid market. ADP is the largest and oldest and has a lot of different products and services. Not 100% cloud based like Workday or Rippling. Rippling ADP and Workday all have their approach to payroll, benefits, time etc but Rippling also has IT and Device management solutions.
That is nice summary. ADP has cloud offerings for SMB like RUN and WorkforceNow
What do you mean when you say ADP isn’t 100% cloud based? Do you mean ADP has their own data centers for some apps, vs using AWS etc?
