Since doing the exact opposite with what Blind thinks seem to be the optimal route, I’m going to ask Blind for snap stock predictions to decide whether I should join Snap. Stock price in 2-3 years predictions in the poll Also is Morningstar rating tend to be on the conservative side? They are rating this stock at 49 dollars
Well you can tell that people have no idea what they are taking about here, at 0-5 we would be valued not only at or bellow 1x revenue but at or bellow our cash reserves... $10 maybe but not $5. I wish I could join right now lmao, my stock grants are all at $35.
Every year what time is Rsu refresher allocated?
April, $35 was the refresh this year... A lot of people are waiting to see what happens with the Q2 results right now before deciding what to do.
As in, if Q2 results are disappointing they may leave?
Yeah maybe. I'm considering it myself but only because my stock comp is currently only 1/3 of what it's supposed to be not because I don't think Snap will do well in the long term
Similar to FB , snap is a very risky company to join right now unless that's the only option you have. When FB was doing well, it tried to copy and kill Snap. But now Facebook lost its face value its no more a premium company with its 3rd grade UI and 4th grade management. Many people dont even login to Facebook anymore. They just have the profile active for birthday wishes. In that sense SNAP has a shot.
I turned down an L6 Snap offer recently (~700k) as I’m not optimistic in Snap turning around anytime soon. The stock can easily go to 5 dollar range. IMO if you have other choices, pick one of those, the ones that you believe are more resilient to this macro slowdown.
At this price all tech stock will lose at similar percentage likely if it happens
When did blind mob intelligence ever go wrong?
Most likely will drop more later this year, along with Meta.
Why? Meta is already at 4-5x multiple of their revenue. How much lower it can go? Even value stock like Coca-Cola has 7x multiple at pe 23
