Getting into a loop. What does FB test in non tech interviews? At Amazon, it’s mostly around leadership principles. Would like to prepare better for FB interviews. Anybody have any tips? Going for partnerships role

Have read case in point. It’s an awesome book. Will pick up the other one. How were the Fb interviews structured? What was the panel trying to assess?
Ask your recruiter. We typically tell candidates what to expect in their interviews as we want them to be well prepared. We want the interview to be about finding the best candidate rather than finding the one who was able to ace the interview. Your recruiter should be able to tell you who you’re speaking with, their role at the company and what they will be focusing on in the interview. Typically you will have one behavioral interview that will test around your ability to be successful at Facebook: working in an unstructured environment, resolving conflict, etc. the others should focus on skills relevant to the specific role you’re applying for.
