I was offered a role with Applied Materials and was given 20% bonus of the base. I wanted to know if 20% would be the max or if I might get paid more if the company does well? Also, do they usually pay 20% in full inspite of the company performance? How was they payout this year?
Is this E4 or E5 ? What your current TC, and what is the offer ?
E4 B 135k, Stock 20k, JB 25k
Bonus is 20%, and more if specific org hits additional milestones..20% guaranteed
How about new grad tc? Any idea?
115k ish
130k base for E3 new grad, 10 % bonus target
Bonus 20% every year including both cash and stock or is it 20% cash and then some more stocks annually? It's strange how a company promises bonus even employees joined and show performance...
It is target percent. Can be more or less based on performance of BU. Also manager can adjust for couple of percents. Bonus is every year, stock is 15% for E4 every year.
But i mean is it both cash + stock = 20% Or cash only = 20%?
Cash 20% + 15% stock
Holy.... That's a lot!!!
Never got the full 20%
135k base is kind of low for E4, is it because you works at Boise?
Yes sounds low for E4
Stock is doing well
Not as good as LRCX
Fuck AMAT
