broke up with SO of 2 years 6 months ago. i still feel guilty knowing i hurt them so badly :/ has anyone else experienced similar feelings?
While there's a lot we folks here don't know, feelings of doubt, guilt and sadness are normal after a relationship ends. It's natural that you feel bad for hurting them - you cared about them. It's important to remember though that while it may not be immediately obvious, chances are, your partner is strong. And your partner will get over you if they haven't already. Again, it's natural to feel guilty.
I have been on the other end of a long relationship break up. Odds are, given that they were with you for so long, they care enough about you to not want you to stay in the relationship if you're not happy with it.
Don't overvalue yourself. That's a big part of that guilt you're feeling. People move on.
I got broken up before I boarded a plane to see my ex. She bought the plane ticket. It fucked me up big time. I couldn’t get up my bed for about 6 hours after I woke up. It messed me up building my startup. It’s been about a year.
I’m sorry
Hurt them? How many were there?
Not sure how she feels. But for the first time of my life I felt physical pain seeing someone and nearly would pass out.
Wow I’m sorry. Also why do you assume my ex is a she?
I meant, not sure how my ex feels.
FYI
Your mom isn’t irreplaceable ? Just because the font is typewriter doesn’t mean, the quote isn’t fucking stupid.
You don’t date ur mom.. do you..
Like firing someone who is underperforming, it’s in their interest to end the situation as quickly and cleanly as possible.
