I am trying to introduce OKR as an IT startup. I watched a lecture about OKR on youtube of Rick Klau at Google Ventures At the lecture he said that the typical process of okr was [corporate objectives -> department objectives -> group objectives -> individual objectives] but he recently reversed his claim and said that individual OKRs are not necessary, and only need to assign initiatives for individuals is your company still using individual OKRs or only up to group OKRs? #OKR #Google #Amazon #Meta #adobe

Here’s an OKR template I like that works from corporate to individual - “We will not be a dumbass (objective) as measured by having at least one line mention our TC (key result 1) and one line mention our YOE (key result 2).
