Chargebee vs Paytm
Please help me to choose between Chargebee and Paytm compensations are almost similar. YOE: 5.5 Current TC: 15 Paytm: 27 Base + 10 Lacs esops over 5 years(10%,20%,20%,25%,25%) Chargebee: 25 Base + 2.5 Variable + 580 esops over 4 years spilt equally #paytm #chargebee

Wlb would definitely take a hit in paytm. Base is almost at upper end for your yoe. U could negotiate more on espos.

580 ESOP is peanut and first thing it's not free, you have to buy it and price is 5.12 dollar. Did u check with HR if it's free for you or you have to buy it.

Yes, they don't tell upfront to employees and marketing it on name of ESOP.
