Is it better than Albertsons though?
From booking? is it worth TC-wise?
Did you make the jump?
Did you get stocks if/when you jumped ships ?
Really depends on the role. But. In general, decision making is very slow. Senior management imposes undeliverable tasks on employees. Processes are complex or nonsense or non-existent. HR topics takes weeks to deal with. Someone wanted to take a care leave for their child, it was no longer needed when HR finally came back with how to arrange it. Compensation is so so, if you come outside it's generally better. Teams are understaffed. Mental health is being talked about, yet "I am doing a presentation for leadership in 45 min and I need the data from you now" asks from colleagues is a usual thing. Europe market is weird and too many teams doing the same thing. Literally.
Also leaving a comment in case someone's ever need it. Not worth it. The culture is toxic, very top-down but also kinda when the top doesn't really know or care about anything besides creating a good image for their tops. Nothing is set up in terms of infrastructure, and people who came and wanted to make a difference soon left with a burnout. I know a few myself. Pay is below market. HQ in Germany decides everything and all growth opportunities are there mostly. If you're not a big fan of moving to a middle of nowhere Herzoganaurach or whatever, growth is limited in Ams.
