Intuit?
I am midway in the interview process with Intuit. Had heard a lot about the good culture at Intuit But recently there has been a lot of buzz around around its PIP culture and people pulling each other down because of this Should I consider moving to Intuit? Also how are the hikes and learning at Intuit? Current TC: 29LPA YOE: 3.5

Don't about intuit but Msft was supposed to be chill and laidback and it was pre layoffs not anymore. I guess companies have started to realize yhey can get leaner and more efficient by cutting down at our expenses and getting more work done by each at the same time. I guess tech has changed forever
