Applied to Anthropic 2 weeks ago. Received invite for CodeSignal screen today. I’ve seen two possibilities for the CodeSignal questions out in the wild: 1. Build a banking app 2. Build an in memory db I’ve seen two maximum scores out in the wild: 1. 1000 2. 600 I’ve seen the following advice: - Speed matters more than accuracy - It’s really hard to complete the assignment in 90 minutes - Score doesn’t matter because people who get full credit don’t always pass. - The interviewers are inexperienced - The recruiters are standoffish Can anybody who has interviewed at Anthropic validate / invalidate that information or let me know what to expect? Will update as the process progresses. TC: 320k #engineering #software #swe #interview #layoff
Good luck!!
Thanks!

i found my recruiter quite warm and accommodating. i had a mix of senior and junior interviewers.
Was it the banking app or in memory db?
Can confirm score isn't the only thing - got about the equivalent of a B+/A- (600 scale) and a recruiter followed up to schedule a call.
Do you mind sharing the actual score? (As I don’t find a B+/A- rating on my assessment report)
Is it the ICF or the GCF?
UPDATE: Oh my GOD it absolutely is a speed test. There is SO much they want you to do in 90 minutes... I haven’t gotten my failure email yet but I am SURE it is coming. Wow.
